I’ve been doing a lot of cutting for work to make labels fit some very specific places. The mat is a texture sort of like foam or clay that doesn’t allow things to stick, like the adhesive side of tape, yet isn’t so slick that you risk sliding around while cutting. The size is perfect, the lines on it are helpful, and overall I couldn’t be more satisfied with this cutting mat. I have used some very sharp x-acto razors with fine tips and have had no issues whatsoever..
